Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Serves: 8-10 Cook Time: 15 minutes

1 medium bag fresh cranberries (12 oz.)
1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 C water
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/8 tsp cloves, ground

  1. In a medium sauce pan, bring all ingredients to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Bring to room temperature and serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
