Sauted Asparagus

Serves: 6 Cook Time: 15 minutes

2 lb.fresh asparagus
¼ cup butter substitute (Smart Balance®)
I large red bell pepper diced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

    1. Snap off and discard tough ends asparagus.

    2. Melt butter substitute in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus, bell pepper and remaining ingredients, and saute (4 -5 minutes)or until crisp-tender.

      Serve immediately.
