Serves 4 Cook Time 10 Minutes
1 Tbsp Smart Balance butter substitute
2 garlic cloves, sliced thin
1 large bunch of celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
pinch kosher salt
- In a large non stick skillet, melt the butter substitute over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until it’s lightly browned (about 2 minutes).
- Add the celery and cook, stirring occasionally until it is crisp tender (6 minutes)
- Add the red pepper flakes, salt and toss to coat.
