1/2 Cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
1/4 Cup fresh lime juice
1/4 Cup fat-free buttermilk
1/4 Cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
5 large tomatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds), peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Place first 9 ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth and top with cherry tomatoes.
