Low Carb Cajun Chicken

Serves 4 Cook Time 5-7 hours

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/8 tsp garlic powder
5 large fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 large onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 c worchestershire sauce
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp marjoram (or tarragon)
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken garlic powder and set inside the crock pot.
  2. Combine the rest on the ingredients in a medium bowl until combined. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Cook on high for 5-7 hours.
