3 c fresh mint leaves
1 c fresh basil
1/4 c low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil, extra-virgin
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth and combined (scraping down sides of bowl as necessary).
